Meanwhile, top seed He Bingjia advanced to the semis. She won her first two group matches and will face Thailand’s Busana Ongbamrungphan in the upcoming tie. Tai Tzu Ying and Ratchanok Intanon will be facing each other. Both the players have one win each and the winner of this contest will progress to the next stage.

In the Men’s Doubles, Indonesia’s Fajar Alfian and Mohammad Ardianto are aiming to extend their winning streak as they face Malaysia’s Teo/Ong duo.
