The match 27 of PKL 9 will pit two out-of-form sides Telugu Titans and Puneri Paltan against each other. Both teams have won just one match out of their four contests so far and will be eager to post a second triumph on Tuesday.
After a loss in their last game, Telugu Titans will be eager to bounce back come Tuesday. Their top raiders Monu Goyat and Vinay seem to be finding form and have so far scored 19 and 23 raid points respectively. They will need to be amongst the points against Puneri and hope that Siddharth Desai, who has scored 19 raid points this season can also come good. As far as defending is concerned, Vishal Bhardwaj with six tackle points has been their best defender in terms of scoring. The likes of Surjeet Singh and Parvesh Bhainswal have also contributed five tackle points each so far and could have big roles to play against the Paltan.
In their last game, the Titans were decimated by defending champions Delhi. Dabang Delhi K.C. put on a five-star performance to beat Telugu Titans 46-26. Delhi rode on the raiding of Naveen Kumar (12 points), Manjeet (9 points), and a superb defensive performance by Ravi Kumar and Ashu Malik to inflict a crushing defeat on the Titans and stay unbeaten this season.

Meanwhile, after the first win of the season in their last game, Puneri Paltan will be eager to make it back-to-back victories on Tuesday. In their last game against U Mumba, Puneri Paltan showed determination right from the word go. Raiders Aslam Inamdar and Mohit Goyat scored 14 points together, while captain Fazel Atrachali notched up 4 points to help Puneri Paltan defeat U Mumba 30-28 and register their first victory of the season.
Puneri will be hoping to continue the momentum on Day 11 and for that, they will rely heavily on Aslam Inamdar, who is their top-scorer this season with 46 raid points. The likes of Mohit Goyat and Akash Shinde, who have scored 27 and 13 raid points respectively, will need to support Inamdar. As far as the tackling is concerned, Gaurav Khatri has been their best defender with eight tackle points and he’ll hope that Iranians Fazel Atrachali and Mohammad Nabibakhsh find form in defence soon.

Match 26 of Pro Kabaddi League Season 9 will witness two in-form sides Bengal Warriors and Jaipur Pink Panthers taking on each other. Jaipur are currently second-placed on the 12-team points table while Bengal Warriors are in the third spot.
Jaipur Pink Panthers will be confident after winning their last three matches and will be keen to register a fourth consecutive win. Their last game saw them putting on a calm and collective performance to defeat Gujarat Giants 25-18 on Saturday. This was the Panthers’ third successive victory in the ongoing season with raiders Rahul Chaudhari and Arjun Deshwal picking up 9 points between them, while they were backed spectacularly by their defence.
Deshwal will be the Panthers’ go-to man in attack once again and he’ll be eager to have a major impact on the upcoming contest. Rahul Chaudhari in the Panthers’ last match showed what he’s capable of and he along with V Ajith Kumar are expected to support Deshwal in the attack. Just like Jaipur, after a loss in their season opener, Bengal Warriors have secured three wins on the trot to get their campaign up and running. With a well-balanced team and plenty of players contributing, the Season 7 champions look poised to have another strong campaign. Their captain Maninder Singh has led by example having scored 41 raid points this season. He’s received good support from the likes of Shrikant Jadhav, Manoj Gowda and Deepak Hooda whenever he’s been off the mat. On the defensive side of things, Girish Maruti Ernak has been their main man with a total of 17 tackle points in just four matches. Vaibhav Garje and Shubham Shinde have been their next-best defenders.
In their last match, Bengal Warriors registered a hat-trick of victories after demolishing Patna Pirates 54-26. Maninder Singh and Shrikant Jadhav, who scored 12 and 9 points respectively in the match, led the charge for the Warriors’ raiders and they received ample support from the defenders as well.
