Realme doesn’t really follow any specific release windows for the GT Neo series. The first GT Neo smartphone arrived in March 2021, and the GT Neo 2 arrived later the same year in September. Realme launched the GT Neo 3 in March 2022.

We may not have a release date for the Realme GT Neo 5 Lite, but we know a few details about upcoming smartphone specs.
- Display: The Realme GT Neo 5 Lite is tipped to have a 6.74-inch AMOLED panel with a 144 Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution. It is also going to have an in-display fingerprint sensor.
- CPU: The device will be powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 chipset or a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1.
- Camera: In light of the 50 MP primary camera of the GT Neo 5, the Neo 5 Lite variant is expected to have a 64 MP primary camera with a still unannounced Omnivision OV64M sensor. The reports suggest the smartphone will also have a low-resolution 8MP sensor which will likely act as the ultra-wide camera. The GT Neo 5 Lite will also have a 16MP selfie cam.
- Battery: The 240W SuperVOOC charging speed of the Realme GT Neo 5 has everyone excited, but we won’t see it on the Lite version. The GT Neo 5 Lie may get a 100W charging speed and a 5,500 mAh battery.
